Timeless Shamanic Wisdom

I sat and drank tea with an old acquaintance recently and listened to his “it’s all about me story”, for what seemed like an eternity.

Indeed a closed loop torrent of self indulgence, diluted only by the occasional; “of course it’s been easy for you” meaning me, not him.

Before he dived right back into his; “it’s all about me story” of seemingly endless drivel.

I could have acted out, had I wanted to, the; willing ears, open heart game to that unfolding before me.

However and in truth I wasn’t inclined to do so, preferring instead to have as little of my peace interrupted as humanly possible.

Such was my impeccability throughout the entirety of this one way discussion. That the guy eventually ran out of steam as I suspected he would and glad was I when that happened. Because I knew then that he’d take a hike and leave me alone, to enjoy my peace, given I hadn’t invited him to join me anyway.

He who knows not and knows not that he knows not, is a fool, “Shun him”

Talk about adding insult to injury however; the hilarious thing is and given the utter rubbish that this guy had just spewed in my direction for the better part of 40 minutes. He eventually closed his rambling(s) down by saying; “I’m glad I’m not you though Baz, because everyone knows that you’ve always been a looser and weird, do you know that?”.

I on my part simply smiled at the guy as I passively continued drinking my tea, because in truth I had nothing to give him or say to him for he was an ignorant and a fool who didn’t even know how much of an ignorant and fool he actually was.

However the irony of this guys in my face affront, all but made me wet my pants. Given that; here was a guy who’s clearly lived his entire life within some self-righteous fuzzy logic that some how affords him the right to spew his crap as he see’s fit. Whilst in that process; also insulting others and evidently freely too.

Yet here was a guy who’d proactively imposed himself upon me, with absolutely no comprehension of the scale of his own incongruence and glaring ignorance too or indeed how insulting his conduct, his views and his overall lack of self awarness or sensitivity truly are.

In essence an impoverished soul living out an utterly impoverished existence, all part of him being fast asleep and in the better part; inherently foolish and truly ignorant. Which isn’t my problem, it’s his and only he can bring about inner change and that’s why it was better for both me and for him, to simply smile and allow.

Four Great Pillars of Wisdom That Played Their Part in Building a Shaman

I’ve always loved the timeless wisdom that my grandad shared with me way back when I was about 8 years old and overflowing with questions. Albeit it really has taken me the best part of this mortality to get to that point where I can live all of it in its entirety re: my closing comment above and not feel in the least bit uncomfortable with the same.

He who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool, “Shun him”

He who knows not, and knows that he knows not, is a student, “Teach him”

He who knows, and knows not that he knows, is asleep, “Wake him”

He who knows, and knows that he knows, is wise, “Follow him”

My grandad Robert Edgar whom we all called “Father” was my first great mentor and he read the above out to me from his readers digest as we took a tea break from our gardening.

So intrigued was I by those four statements that he wrote each one out on a separate plank of wood, indeed four planks of wisdom that we then used to build a garden shed. Indeed the building of which shaped me and shapes me to this day.

For years I looked for those lines of wisdom and read them every single time, that I went into that shed to bring for my grandad his; hose pipe, his garden spade, his garden fork or indeed his deckchair et al. Pillars of wisdom, indeed a doorway and an eternal key, that my grandad graciously and consciously passed onto me.

Sleep sound “father” until we meet again, you were my anything and everything during the darkest days of my childhood. For I knew then as I respectfully honour you now and every single day of my mortality.

That you were an earth god and better am I for knowing you and sharing your love, insight and wisdom. Amen

Authors Concluding Notes

I believe that there is learning in all things and if anything my tea time break graphically illustrated to me that I was neither egocentric, nor in the least bit fazed by those with no understanding of the process.

In fact and if anything all that really happened was that my awareness gently reminded me that I was no longer the Barry Hardy of old. No longer the guy so selfless and therein so very willing to jump right in there and try with all his might to some how help those who clearly need help.

In his place; “Barry Hardy the shaman”, the guy who can sit back and allow and with a high degree of impeccability. For he was forged in fire the result of many years of suffering and sacrifice in the abyss of personal healing. A painful process which is a calling and most certainly no fatuous rite of passage I can assure you.

A journey and a process which carries with it no arm band of honour or indeed any spurious paper based accreditation either, nevertheless a process with the power to change anything and everything, forever and ever. Amen

Shamanic Wisdom & Healing

I spent an extraordinary part of my mortality complying to the systemic domestication and indoctrination that was imposed upon me as a child.

Such was the accomplished nature of that nonsense that I did my dutiful best for over 30 years.

To excel in the often insane and psychotic worlds of professional engineering and of course the sociopathic worlds of me, me, me business management too.

For I truly believed in all the illusions of the “not really me” such was the compelling power and perverse nature of my domestication.

That being said and despite the corrosive nature of my self limiting indoctrination, I must confess that try as I may to suppress all of my natural inclinations. I was always extremely troubled by; the instinctive conduct and nature of my DNA birth family and my personal and professional peers alike.

Conduct that always gravitated towards the darker side of mortality, where deceit, doing as little as possible and stabbing me in the back was in the greater part a full time preoccupation. Silly really and yet; for many years a complete mystery to me.

I suspect that’s why I searched for greater meaning in my life, a process which saw me challenge and leave behind much of the polarising religious nonsense and systemic cultural hypocrisy that had and was still being overtly imposed upon me.

All part of my own process of personal expansion and journey into remembering which saw me exploring and ultimately embracing core aspects of Buddhism et al and the unifying and liberating process of oneness.

I guess that’s why and as my self liberation process picked up momentum and I was propelled into my own shamanic healing and training journey. That I quickly found that I needed a necessary change in direction because I could no longer accommodate the; “not really me”.

For I was drawn to be that which I was actually born to be; a free spirit, a shaman and above all things vibrationally aligned. Amen

Breaking Through the; “Not Really Me” is to Embrace Our Power and Glory

It wasn’t until I’d worked through the disembodiment of my “not really me illusions” that I began to understand just who I really was and more importantly just who I really wasn’t either. For in committing to my shamanic healing and training I unraveled just why it was that my former professional peers felt so ill at ease with me and more importantly why I felt so ill at ease with and around them.

You see; as the embodiment of white light my nature was and always has been one of love and continual expansion, whereas their’s was one of fear and ultimately; stagnation. In essence; the eternal paradox between being and simply existing.

That being said and having worked with and through terminal illness and several chronic illnesses too, I thought I’d experienced the cutting edge of mortal pain and suffering, in fact I thought I’d done mortal pain and suffering and to excess too.

However and without any shadow of a doubt, working through the disembodiment of my self limiting domestication and indoctrination. Was the singularly most painful process I’ve ever experienced as a mortal.

For it was indeed; pain beyond pain as I slowly released, reconnected and eventually remembered my divine blue print. And yet better am I for the pain of that process, for in commencing upon my shamanic healing journey, for the first time in my mortality I truly began to honour my soul.

Therein and without that call to heal from my soul I could have spent my entire mortality, playing the part of the “not really me”. Which is why these days I can actually smile to myself about the sheer absurdity of wasting so many years, consumed by the complete and utter nonsense of Barry Hardy the; “not really me”.

Because frankly and as an essential aspect of the eternal living flame, I’m not here to simply smoulder within the psychosis of the “not really me”, I’m here to burn brightly and illuminate as the living flame must do.

Whilst also playing my part in lighting the way for others, especially those who like myself are equally committed to the process of abstract, abstraction and of course; unconditional love and ultimately ascension too. Amen

Anything and Everything is Possible when we embrace Unconditional Love

Unconditional Love is Healing

Healing is Unconditional Love

I’ve spent my entire life; observing, listening, searching and learning on many fronts and all in pursuit of my own personal growth and overall shamanic understandings.

Indeed an integral aspect of my souls continual evolution through the often gut wrenching process of abstract abstraction and remembering.

A divine process designed to simply crush the old, therein rebuilding anew and all whilst walking; the road of the bones.

All part of my own shamanic healing journey that painfully stripped away all my “not really me” energetic blockages, pacts and curses.

A truly arduous healing process that we shaman call the; whitening of the bones the “only” process that facilitates soul retrieval, remembering, reconnecting and vibrational alignment.

Indeed a life changing process that starkly defines the difference between being and simply existing and why thereafter I needed a necessary change in direction to better align myself within the demands of my current mortality and souls healing.

In Crisis after Crisis, I Made a Choice, I Choose to Reclaim all of My Power

Perhaps that’s why I’ve been able to stare into and survive the abyss several times in my life who knows? In particular when my worlds and my sense of mortality were destroyed and forever by 30 years of medical incompetence, negligence and neglect, click [ here ] to read more.

All I know is that my mortality has proven to me time and again; that all things change and we change with them. So it was, so it is, and so it will always be, such is the process of our souls continual evolution, all part of the process of mortal renewal too.

Thats precisely why I breath in and I breath out everyday and with a high degree of certainty accept, that I will laugh, I will cry, I will love and I will share unreservedly; all that I am.

For that is my way, the way of the shaman, where I live a process of healing on many levels. Indeed a process completely free from left brain thinking, therein; a way of being that simply will not accommodate personal stagnation either.

Simply because; I am like you the very essence of abstract, abstraction in all its power and glory. Indeed a state of being where anything and everything really is possible, for we are all part of the one and that oneness is unconditional love. Amen

Change Your Story, Reclaim Your Power and Move into Your Abundance

Where there is a desire and commitment to change and heal I can help anyone or business change their story by helping them to remove their energetic blocks, reclaim their power and move back into vibrational alignment.

Thereafter their ability and the ability of their business to manifest has no limitation at all. Save only for those limitations that we as mortals impose upon ourselves and of course our businesses too.

However; just in case you’re struggling to get your head around just what energetic blocks are, please have a look at the eight examples I’ve covered below, albeit they really are just the tip of the iceberg.

You see; any one of those or groups of those blocks can have a dramatic impact upon our sense of well-being and yet all of them can be removed from ones life and of course ones business and quickly.

How do I know that? Well I’ve been through my own lengthy process of deep shamanic healing via shamanic energy medicine and that’s a success story that I’m very happy to share with individuals, teams and business leaders alike.

A Quick Look at Typical Situations That Result From Eneregtic Blocks

(1) I don’t understand why I was sexually abused and why my abuser got away with it for so long, I don’t understand why no one was willing to help me during my abuse and why no one ever believed me then and even worse; now.

(2) I don’t understand why I keep ending up in abusive relationships and why each abusive relationship is worse than the one before, I don’t understand why I’m such a poor judge of character and why people simply walk all over me.

(3) I can’t find paid employment, I keep being overlooked for promotion, my career keeps stalling, nothing I do pleases my boss, my boss is a complete pain and a bully.

(4) My office or work environment makes me feel tired, irritable and ill, the people I work with are so negative, I really don’t enjoy my job or like the people that I work with.

(5) Our cash flow stops us expanding, our supply chain are inefficient and useless, our clients are bullies, poor payers and always looking to rip us off.

(6) Our business premises are always being broken into, our IT equipment is always breaking, our vehicles are always involved in smashes.

(7) I keep getting injured or ill before key sporting events or injured during them, I can’t seem to break into the team or make progress for people less talented than me taking my place.

(8) I don’t understand why I can’t get better and why my illness keeps getting worse and worse, I don’t understand why no one will help me and why no one believes how ill I am.

Changing Despair into Hope and Dreams into Realities

Just so you know, I’ve experienced everyone of those blocks above and a whole lot more and that’s why I know they can be removed from your life and your business ushering in much better times for all.

A Journey Ends, a New One Begins, Such is The Way of The Shaman

My Shamanic Healing Journey(s)

The last post is played as a mark of respect and in remembrance of fallen heroes.

However I’m citing my last post “my self portrait” as the metaphor I’d like to use to mark the ending of an unbelievably challenging aspect of my current healing journey.

Indeed a journey that has implored me to work through some very deep healing, introspection and reflection and all amidst “Old Saxon Energy”.

All part of my souls eternal drive for vibrational alignment, which seeks to heal the whole no matter how difficult that healing process may be.

A deeply traumatic journey, yet an extremely liberating healing process too, which has seen me wash my weary bones clean of an extraordinary amount of energetic detritus.

All part of the process of rebirth via the fire and remembering, which is as old as time itself. Indeed a process so pure and so overflowing with unconditional love and absolute impeccability, that it borders upon brutality almost all of the time.

Which is precisely why all shaman accept the arduous nature of their very being down here on planet earth as soul based mortals. For in committing to the shamanic whitening of the bones and the road of the bones healing processes, one embarks upon a healing journey, like no other soul healing journey, known to mortality.

I guess thats why I’m marking the end of this particular aspect of my overall healing journey. In both reverence of and profound acknowledge of a period which has tested me to my very limits. Yet a period that has also lifted my spirt and my vibration into greater self awareness and healing.

Therein and in doing so I’m opening myself up still further and presenting myself for the next stage of my souls eternal healing and development. For that is my way, the way of the shaman. Amen

All the same, I’ll never fail to; recognise you, to love you, to hear you and above all; to help you when you need my help.

For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I Am Your Energetic Light, Dear Friend

I am your energetic light my dear friend, indeed vibrational alignment in all its power and all its glory. And I will shower you by day and by night with my energetic light. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, and through my eyes I will show you this world in all its madness and all of its love. For that that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, all the colours of the rainbow and in a myriad of colour combinations. Healing rays that I will share freely with you at your points of mortal need. For that is may way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, a free spirit, a warrior, indeed an unconditional slayer of foes too. Such that you may; rest and recovery and above all thing heal, within the warmth of my courageous and open heart. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, a moment in time, like no other moment before it or indeed yet to be. Unconditional love in all its wonder, all its grace and all its eternal splendour. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, as old as time, and so much older than the spoken word, thought and fear. Such that nine will ever constrain me, ever break me or ever deflect me from all the work that I will gladly do for you. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, a point of abstract, abstraction and co-creation, such is your potential too. Therein; I will honour you and I will share with you all that I am and all that I’ll ever be unreservedly. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

I am your energetic light my dear friend, indeed the light of far distant stars my friend. Divine light so powerful that its essence is endless and the basis of exponential possibilities. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend.

Therein I acknowledge that I am like you, the love that is anything and everything for ever and ever. For that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very; very dear friend. Amen

Authors Concluding Notes

This self-portrait and exercise in self-awareness was constructed via shamanic dream medicine, the product of a recent shamanic journey, where the wisdom of all time appeared gracefully before me and reminded me of just who and what I really am.

Therein; we’re all nothing more complicated than energetic light and we all know that. It’s just that for some, that concept of acceptance is just a little bit far out there for them to grasp it right away.

However the great thing is there’s no foot race in terms of reaching our own point of vibrational alignment. It’s simply a process and that process will take just as long and as many life times as it really needs to take.

How do I know that? Well I am energetic light just like you, its simply that my journey unlike yours is to walk the talk of; Barry Hardy – shaman. A timeless process and life long journey that allowed me to move into my own vibrational alignment.

All part of my own extremely arduous, yet highly liberating shamanic healing journey, for that is my way, the way of the shaman, my very dear friend. Amen

Shamanic Wisdom and Healing

I accepted many years ago now that when the “winds of change” blow, resistance is futile. For those winds are simply our souls call to evolve via yet another healing cycle.

Therein; numerous have been the times and particularity in periods of great transition that I have been drawn and even dragged in my youth, to specific locations and situations read more by clicking [ here ]

That being said and in recent times I’ve been drawn to heal in old Saxon energy, indeed an energy that I’ve never really encountered or at least not in this life time and specifically as the mortal called Barry Hardy.

Where I on my part simply have nothing much to do, save to accept this calling and the all knowing magnificent of my souls eternal wisdom. For in accepting this timeless process I understand and fully appreciate that only greater expansion awaits both me and my soul.

A Souls Quintessential Saxon Call to Heal and Vibrationally Align in Peace

Whilst working through my calling and this set point healing transition, I’ve become more and more aware that I am in point of fact working towards my own ending within all the limitations of my fragile mortality.

A point of realisation where my sensitivities are completely free of angst, for in my ending I am indeed moving ever closer to a brand new and even brighter beginning. Indeed a win-win situation whichever way I choose to look at that exponential state of being and why we should never loose sight of the much bigger picture.

Unfortunately however as mortals we often become consumed by the illusionary qualities of our birth, life and death cycles. Deluding ourselves into believing that some how we’re above all the frailties of our highly predictable and finite incarnation.

A state of aggravated ego which is a very normal psychotic mortal predisposition. Where we loose sight of just who we are and more importantly what we have the potential to be. Therein allowing ourselves to be consumed by the noise and utter nonsense of the patriarchal societies that the majority of us unfortunately exist in.

Until that is, the fat lady sings, at which point our sense of mortality is crushed by the realisation with the power of a tsunami. That we too are mortals with only finite expectations, unlike our souls that are as timeless as time itself.

Acknowledging Just How Powerful My Mortal Transition Has Been

That being said and having walked my hard miles over many, many years. I’ve known for some considerable time that I am so much more than the mortal Barry Hardy could ever be.

Therein; “wow” and in all the humility, what a powerful mortal Barry Hardy must truly be. To allow me to heal and evolve on this often dark and overtly oppressive planet, which we laughing refer to as our home whilst surrounded by systemic alien madness and patriarchal manufactured fear(s).

Perhaps that’s why he aka “Barry Hardy” lived in duality most of his mortality with his feet twitching uneasily in completely opposing realities i.e. one foot in the patriarchal madness that consumed all his family, friends and peers and one foot in the matriarchal sanity that his inner wisdom has known and forever, who knows?

All I know is that growing up and thereafter I’ve never felt, thought or acted out like anyone of my DNA birth family, nor have I ever conformed or behaved like any of my childhood friends either.

Equally I was always ill at ease amongst my professional engineering and business executive peers too. You see; I simply couldn’t play; “the emperors new clothes game” because such nonsense chalked the very life force out of me.

Therein I’ve always known that there was much more to Barry Hardy than the mortal birth, life and death cycle, its just that it took me some time to accept and then reconnect with the wisdom of my souls unconditional love and potential.

A difficult journey and a lonely journey too I would add, where my companions often joined my adventure and all for the thrill, yet were quick to leave when the going got tough and all for good reason(s) I suspect too.

Nevertheless better am I for their ever so brief interludes into key areas of my being, because let’s face it; all souls bring great awareness to our own process of divine blue print reconnection.

Therein; the journey of awakening, reconnecting and healing is tough and its tough for good reason too, for its the process of timeless; abstract abstraction. Amen

Acknowledging Just How Powerful My Saxon Healing Call Has Been

Its not really easy for me to put into words, just how powerful my Saxon transition and ongoing healing has been. All I can say is that it has simply oozed matriarchal warmth and I have been cosseted by the serenity of its unconditional love.

Therein; frequent have been the times when I have been simply awestruck by the power, the love and sheer magnificence of this current transition. Indeed a state of awareness that has cradled me into a whole new state of being.

Indeed a state of being where I’m now better able to applaud; Barry Hardy for everything that he is and paradoxically everything that he isn’t. For in his courage, his vision and his ability to tap into my eternal wisdom, he has proven time and again despite everything thats been thrown at him, to be a wise and truly powerful; soul based mortal.

And on on that point I’ll close this article now because there’s nothing more that I can say, save for better am I for listening to and embracing my recent and ongoing Saxon healing energy transition.

Authors Concluding Notes

There is no ego or self delusion where one love’s oneself enough to evolve beyond that which we they currently are. For that is simply an aspect of right brain activation, all part of the day to day acts of self liberation and remembering.

Its very easy to get lost in the pain of mortality especially if we fall into the trap of believing the; “not really me” nonsense. Therein only self love and self belief can set us free from all our mortal delusions, for self love and self belief are essential qualities in aligning with our divine blue print.

Throughout my current mortality, often has been the times, when someone’s flippantly said to me; “O but its easy for you”, as if somehow they’re having a rough ride and I’m not or wasn’t at that time.

It didn’t matter whether it was a change of career, embarking upon a new academic programme or pushing the boundaries within my own athletic performance et al.

Time after time same old rhubarb, not; “great go for it Barry”, no, just the same worn out self limiting nonsense “O but its easy for you, bla, bla, poor me bla, bla”.

Yet the hilarious thing is never at any stage of my current mortality has it ever been easy for me. In fact; it’s been bloody hard work and utterly gut wrenching at times I would respectfully suggest.

Nevertheless; better am I for caring enough, daring enough and perhaps even stupidly enough at times for retaining my courage in the face of many, many seemingly insurmountable hurdles.

Especially when often, all hope appeared lost and on numerous fronts too, as I worked towards; living within my divine blue prints inner truth and eternal wisdom.

A process that absolved me of the; “not really me”, and much of the self limiting nonsense that enslaves and consumes the very life force from all unsuspecting soul based mortals down here on planet earth.

That being said; I accept that even as starseed from Orion’s Belt, I’m still very much work in progress and that there really are no endings, only abstract, abstractions and hence; endless possibilities.

I guess that’s the reason that I’m down here on this often grumpy and low density planet, as the intuitive, passionate and personable mortal called Barry Hardy, working through aspects of my own souls growth, who knows?

All I know is that I know so very little and yet that very little is much greater than I ever could have imagined and certainly from my starting point. Indeed that point long before and paradoxically within the very same moment, that I commenced my own arduous, yet life changing shamanic healing journey.

All Souls Crave Evolution and Growth, A Very Natural Healing in Calling

That being said; its simply impossible to evolve into that which we have the potential to be, especially where we feel ill at ease or are; simply reluctant to heed our souls calling to heal.

Simply because; “to be” is no gift, it’s actually a hard earned reward for an arduous undertaking, and that’s why “to be” is not part of some; “fatuous, left brain deluded rites of passage” fuzzy logic.

Perhaps thats why so many mortals spend the greater part of their mortalities locked in a state of aggravated fear living off one liners such as; “O but its easy for you”. All part of the illusions that are crafted to embellish their life story and their poor me themes et al.

Now in truth there really is no crime in that, so forgive me if I give that impression, for that is not my intention, all I’m saying is that as mortals, the choice is always ours for the making and taking.

There’s Always a Choice and That Choice is Always Ours to Make

Therein and if theres one thing I’ve learned whilst down here on planet earth as Barry Hardy, its; “that which has been written, must unfold as written too”. Our choice as mortals is to either reject that process and choose to live a life consumed by fear driven nonsense and envy.

Or to accept that process and embrace the fact that as souls we’ll always be so much more, than any mortal has the mortal capacity to understand or even comprehend.

My choice was to accept that timeless process and so I guess all those people who said to me; “O but its easy for you” were actually right all along.

Even though they spoke from their left brain fears and resentments whilst I’ve always spoken from my right brains love and understandings.

You see; “to be” is my aspiration and hence my ultimate mortal goal. Yet when I say my mortal goal, what I actually mean is that its my souls goal through my varying states of mortality.

All part of my souls eternal drive “to be” in a state of; “none judgemental peace and acceptence with grace”.

Therein; “to be”, “forever in the purest expression of unconditional love in all its majesty”, for ever and ever and ever. Amen

Like every mortal on this planet I too am a mass of contradictions, embracing my spirituality one moment and then thrashing around in all my own mortal limitations the next.

Hilarious really when I take the time to laugh at myself for being everything that I am and ironically everything that I’m not also.

That being said; I was recently having a chat with someone who’d apparently visited my blog and was astonished to hear him say that; he was annoyed with me because he couldn’t leave a comment on my blog and was desperate to do so.

My reply; “blimey dude you really need to relax a bit more and consider why you felt like you did, my blogs are for personal research only and therein not intended to antagonise. Moreover I write my blogs as part of my own personal healing and clearing process. In doing so my hope is that they inspire and also offer a catalyst for other mortals to in engage in their own personal explorations.”

Hence I see no reason for an open comments section on my blog because actually that would serve no purpose in the greater scheme of things. Nevertheless I do hope that fellow mortals feel inspired enough to share my blogs in particular where they resonate with them, because that is the power of love in all its glory and mightiest state of existence.

That being said; I then asked the guy what it was that had annoyed him so much and was further astonished by his reply; “I can’t remember, all I know is that I take great delight in rubbishing arshole bloggers and their arshole bogs, its great fun and that’s what I wanted to do to your blog”.

How strange I thought and what a strange way to be in that I’m very much aware that there are some mortals who really do love the cut and thrust of debating and overt criticism too. However to behave like a troll and get a kick out of that too, well that really doesn’t resonate with me at all.

Perhaps that explains why when I visit other bloggers sites and in the process sense great negativity or indeed great sensitivity too. I’m happy to move on quickly or indeed applaud their craft especially where there is merit in doing so.

Therein; what I’m really doing is simply choosing to abstain from the self limiting act of allowing myself to be consumed by negativity. Whilst in that same moment, also spreading the love, indeed love that is sure to flow back to me one thousand fold and more.

You see; I believe that its much more enlightening to empower and inspire, than it is to hurt and to criticise and just for the heck of it. For in empowering and inspiring we actually allow ourselves and others to evolve; into all that we are. A truly win-win dynamic and co-creating in all of its majesty.

Now I understand that my way of being clearly isn’t to everyone’s liking, however all I would say is if you don’t like something or are simply drawn to hurt and only for the sake of it, take a break and consider; “Opening Your Heart” and simply let the love flow.

Therein creating some space and allowing the blessing of mortality to flow in and out of your realities if only for a while. Because if you do, you’re sure to witness a great change in your overall state of thinking, seeing and being.

Such that when you meet someone speak from your higher heart and from a place of sincerity too and tell them just how great they’re looking. When someone says hi, say hi back to them and with a big smile on your face, visit lots of blogs and praise the bloggers passions whether you agree with those passions or not.

You see; in opening your heart you will change your mind forever which in turn will change all your realities too. A state of being that will allow you to embrace; everything that you are and all from a place where love really does rule supreme.

Indeed a heightened state of grace where love, smiles and peace always eclipse and replace forever and ever and by default; anger, negativity and the self limiting state of hate and hatred. Amen

There have been many times during my own awakening and remembering that I have certainly felt; “blimey I can’t take anymore of this, I mean, where is the ending and the beginning of the new me”.

All the product of trekking for year upon year, across a truly baron landscape whilst in the process working through things that I felt that I’d cleared many years before.

Over and over so the journey seems to go year upon year, it’s enough to test the resolve of anyone and indeed force them to question their own sanity.

The funny thing is however “albeit often no laughing matter at all” is that it’s not so unusual to experience this dilemma and why would it be anyway.

Given that this very normal assault upon our ego which often creates an overwhelming sense of drudgery and consternation et al, is all part of the timeless process of “Navigating The Plateaus of Self Liberation” which in truth really has no beginning or ending either.

Thats why and whilst not nice, I accepted many years ago, that its best not to fight this process and much better to simply go with the flow.

Because that flow will take us to precisely where we need to go and be, thereafter lifting us up onto an even higher plateau of self awareness. Where we can commence the next stage of our self liberating; and ascension journey. Amen

Understanding is The Process of Connecting With Our Inner Wisdom

I checked in with my shamanic mentor Briony Stott recently, where we spoke at length about many things including the process of ascension.

As ever it was a great session which empowered me to explore just a little bit more; the intrinsic vitality of my own shamanic practise.

That being said; one of the major things that Briony asked me to consider during our discussions was just how I create my own sacred space.

Indeed a line of dialogue which implored me to consider my understanding and at great length, for it was clear that some love and support were certainly needed.

You see; I like many who’ve been evolving and for some considerable time, have worked through and healed in all sorts of states of naivety. A process that starts with a need for understanding and protection, because we feel that we’re continually under assault. Before it moves on and into greater and greater self awareness with all the pitfalls of the spiritual ego simply laying in wait for us.

Allowing Energy To Flow, is the Only Way that We Can Grow

That being said; I’ve only just realised as I worked through the healing of my last shamanic mentoring session, that despite all the progress I’ve made over many years, I’ve remained over invasive in terms of my own sacred space.

Therein I’ve continually filled my sacred space with; my own spiritual ego, my fears and my worn out and obsolescent; miasmic self protections too and all to the beat of my very own drum. Which paradoxically leaves no space at all for any other energy to flow in or out, how could it, when all that there is is my energy in capitals “ME”.

However I really do get it now, that spirit really does need energy to flow in and out if we are to experience that which is most needed for our growth. Therein and to quote Briony “leave enough space for others to flow in and flow out of your space and then simply embrace all the consequential acts of expansion”.

Now I know this may sound ever so easy and ever so simple to do and thats because the fact is it is and there’s no getting away from that. But that’s the true majesty in this very simple and easy state of being, which is perhaps why it can be overlooked and all because we fall into the spiritual ego trap of living within our own capitals “ME” syndrome.

I’ve found this exercise ever so liberating and highly rewarding I must say to. Because at the point I became much aware of how to fill my sacred space and more importantly how not to fill the same, my life began opening up on many fronts again. Indeed a win-win situation whichever way I choose to look at this.

Therein why not try it yourself; “Open Your Heart, Create Some Space and Simply Allow” because you’ll never truly know just how powerful you really are, until that is; you’ve given this simple little exercise a go. Amen
