All We Really Have Is The Now

Like many mortals who’ve been through the mill, I too have worked endlessly at trying to leave behind my emotional baggage, so that I too can live in the now.

Now many people obtain that whilst many others like myself struggle with that pursuit and at length I may add.

Whilst others are simply happy to delude themselves and their peers into believing that they live in the “now” and with ease.

Yet one only needs to test that “now” of the delusional, to appreciate that they clearly don’t understand; “living in the now” at all.

To be fair however, I don’t believe it matters a hoot, what ones take on “living in the now” really is, such is the message of universal balance and personal progression.

Nevertheless it must be simply divine, being at one in the one and therein living in the “now”. Instead of simply being work in progress, all part of our overall ascension process.

Removing Ones Core Obstacles To Personal Growth

Now and for anyone who gets there, living in the “now” must be sublime, for there are no scars, no fears and certainly no; me, me, me. Perhaps that’s why and for most of my mortality I believed that “living in the now” was all about challenging and releasing issues that sat in dark, dark places within my emotional mortality. All part of a nonsense programme that I to readily bought into, who knows?

All I know is that it wasn’t until I discovered bio energy therapy that my life changed in that moment and indeed forever. A cataclysmic turning point in my life where for the first time I truly embarked upon the gentle process of moving into the “now”. Free at all times from the nonsense of unnecessary mortal suffering, sacrifice and emotional pain et al.

Indeed a complete paradox to all other options that I’ve explored and at some length in my past I may add. Options that proved to be ever fruitless, whilst simultaneously appearing to revel in imposing exercises of self flagellation upon me and my well being.

You see; during the course of my treatment with my therapist Briony Stott, it was graphically pointed out to me that my soul had a natural inclination to look backwards and not forwards the result of deep soul trauma over many, many life times.

Therein and at the point we worked upon resolving that self limiting inclination and slowly began the process of removing those blockages such that my soul could look forward. Moving into the “now” was no longer an almighty struggle anymore. Indeed and to the contrary, it was as gentle and as liberating as the energy of a new born lamb.

Perhaps that’s why bio energy therapy is one of the few therapies that I recommend and I do so because I believe it has the power to change our lives and for the better. Simply because I know that bio energy therapy works sublimely and in unison with our energetic profile generating fantastic results and that ticks every box for me.

Therein bio energy therapy is the only therapy that I’ve explored which has proven time and time again to me. That it is capable of blowing away all the; “not really me cobwebs” of my own self limiting distortions and inclinations quickly.

Thereafter allowing me to move into my own power and quickly too, without any of the froth and indeed mind science nonsense, which simply held me back for to long. A win win result no matter which ever way I look at it.

Indeed a game changer which effortlessly afforded me the opportunity to move into my own grace, whilst remaining firmly within my power, at peace and with ease. Amen
